30-day return window

Eligible DryDii products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. To start a return, contact us before sending the item back.

Dehumidifier 30-day home trial

Eligible DryDii Compact, Flow and Max dehumidifiers include a 30-day home trial beginning on the date of delivery. These products may be opened and reasonably tested during the trial period, provided the main unit, supplied accessories and included items are returned and the product has not been damaged by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or abnormal use.

FloodGuard, FloodDrain and AquaVac returns

For change-of-mind returns of FloodGuard barriers, FloodDrain pumps and AquaVac wet & dry vacuums, the item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with the original packaging, accessories and included parts. This does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

Contact DryDii at sales@drydii.com, +66 84 997 3483, or LINE @235pvrcc with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send a return without first contacting us.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind or eligible home-trial returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly; after verification, DryDii will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
