Shipping & Delivery

DryDii currently ships to addresses within Thailand. Our current standard Thailand shipping rate is ฿360 per order, shown before you confirm payment at checkout.

Order processing

Most in-stock DryDii orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

FloodGuard pre-order items: Current FloodGuard configurations may require up to 30 days of handling time before dispatch. If a longer handling time applies to your order, it will be reflected in the product information or order communication.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Most Thailand orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order has been handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery name, phone number and address are complete and accurate. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is resent.

Delivery problems

If your order appears delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
