2-Year DryDii Dehumidifier Warranty

Eligible DryDii Compact, Flow and Max dehumidifiers purchased directly from DryDii are covered by a 2-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This 2-year warranty does not automatically apply to FloodGuard, FloodDrain or AquaVac products unless a product page or order document specifically states otherwise.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that arise during normal household use and are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper electrical supply or unauthorized repair or modification.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, drops or improper storage.
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification.
- Damage caused by use with an unsuitable electrical supply or accessories not intended for the product.
- Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product function.
How to make a warranty claim

Warranty remedy
If a covered defect is confirmed, DryDii will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.
